Due to the nature of LARP products:
- Items may be handmade or hand-finished

4. Orders & Contract Formation
- Orders are placed through our checkout process
- You will receive an acknowledgement email (this is not acceptance)
- A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email
