  • We only ship within the UK, so returns are limited to UK customers.
  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if you change your mind.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., masks, costumes that have been worn).

2. How to Return an Item

  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using tracked shipping to avoid loss in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or not as described.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

  • We may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund or replacement.

5. Cancellations
